Asset Recovery Services - Pressure Safty Valve

Grayhorns Nigeria Limited is fully committed to adding value by offering our Asset Recovery Services, whereby we will be responsible for the assessment, repair, maintenance, testing and recalibration of used valves. This will aid in effectively maximizing the use and reuse of valves until the set end-of-life is reached (as advised by the respective OEMs).

How it will be implemented:

• Valve Selection: The client will send used repairable valves pulled out of operation in their plant to Grayhorns facility.


• Pick-up & Assessment: Grayhorns technical personnel will receive and access repairable valves, (standard hourly charges will apply).


• Report: On assessment completion, a comprehensive report with cost estimates and bill of material will be sent to the client for required repair along with delivery time and recommendations (via email and online).


• Repair & Delivery/ Storage: On approval from the client to proceed with repair, the replacement parts and repair kits will be pulled from our inventory for the repairs upon receipt of the client service contract/ purchase order. After satisfactory completion of repair, immediate delivery procedures will be effected.
  
  In the event the client approves for storage of the valves after repair, Grayhorns facility has ample storage space with racks to allow for storage of the pool valves. They will be separated by size and orifice and categorized in the Asset Recovery System which will encourage a more comprehensive inventory to be taken. The valves are numbered and placed into the client’s Asset Recovery Pool.
  
  Our facility is equipped with test shack, including valve testing equipment, an overhead crane, lapping equipment, test and calibration equipment for various range of valve sizes.
